By placing an order with Olivia’s Corner, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Return & Refund Policy.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:

Returns
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided all conditions below are met.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

Items must be in their original condition and packaging

Only standard inspection and handling may have occurred

Return shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the customer
We reserve the right to decline returns if items show signs of wear, misuse, damage, or alteration not caused by us.
Once received, approved returns are typically processed within 7 business days.
How to Request a Return
To start a return request, please follow these steps:

Please wait for return authorization and instructions before sending any items back.
Unauthorized returns or packages sent without approval may be refused.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your proof of shipment until the return has been completed.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@olivias-corner.com and include:

Clear photos or a short video showing the problem
Once reviewed:

We may offer a replacement, depending on availability and the nature of the issue

In some cases, returning the item may not be required
Replacements are typically processed within 7–14 business days.
Lost, Refused, or Unclaimed Packages
If your package is lost during transit:

Contact us with your order number and tracking information

We will assist with a courier investigation and arrange a replacement or refund if the loss is confirmed
If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a $35 CAD fee will be deducted from the refund to cover administrative and shipping costs.
Cancellations & Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped

If your order has already been dispatched, you may return it after delivery following our return process
To request a cancellation before shipment, email info@olivias-corner.com with a clear cancellation request.
Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the buyer.
Chargebacks & Disputes
If you experience any issues with your order, we encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve the matter quickly and fairly.
In the event of a chargeback or dispute, we may submit supporting documentation to the payment provider, including:

Filing a chargeback without prior contact may delay resolution and could impact future purchasing eligibility.

Returns are sent to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer’s expense

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processing

Items sensitive to hygiene must be returned unused and in clean condition
